Claressa Shields is a 23 year old American boxer and Middleweight world champion. She is the former Super Middleweight champion and currently holds three of four world titles (WBC, WBA and IBF) at Middleweight. Claressa is undefeated as a professional (8-0) and was voted by the Boxing Writers Association of America the Female Fighter of the Year for 2018. Her fight with Hannah Gabriels in June 2018 was voted as fight of the year. Despite turning professional just two years ago, Claressa Shields has emerged as the face of women’s boxing and an indomitable force in the sport.
